The toolkit
| Photos | Higgsfield Seedream 4.5 on high quality: a 20-shot reference set per character (face, profiles, eyes, hands, full body, walking, seated). |

What we learned: The image models kept dropping her gold wire-rim glasses, so 'always wears her thin round gold wire-rim glasses' goes into every single prompt. She was rebuilt from two photos Rodney chose.

What we learned: His voice ran 50 seconds with an 8-second dead gap until we set the speech rate to 15. That setting is now locked in his voice recipe.

What we learned: Golden honey-blonde, never platinum. That's what stops her from blending into Emily. Her video was the cheapest: we only lip-synced the seconds where she's talking.

What we learned: Our first pass made her look heavy-set, so the rule is now 'slim frame, real curves, never heavy'. An early prompt also asked for visible blue veins. That line is banned now.

What we learned: We caught a wrong face here. One reference photo turned out to be a forbidden lookalike (the rust-pantsuit woman), so that video was pulled. Her real identity comes from her original commercial frame, and her new video was rebuilt from it.

What we learned: Codex built Harry's video from landscape speaking footage in his locked Cillian voice. A cut in the audio clipped the word 'muscle', so Claude re-recorded the line in the same Cillian voice and re-synced his lips to it.

What we learned: Her first human set came out with too small a bust. We rebuilt her identity Element (v3) from a new face photo and two body photos. Rodney kept 11 of the 20 shots, and those 11 are now her canon.

What we learned: Her new body only held once we fed a body photo (BellaNew_02) in as a second reference. Her identity Element on its own kept shrinking her bust. Her dense freckle spray goes into every prompt word for word.
The big lessons
- Write every mark down. Freckles and moles that aren’t written into the prompt wander from shot to shot. Listed marks stay put.
- Words drift; photos don’t. A spec line alone shrank Bella and Kai back down. Attaching a body photo held the shape.
- Show only the newest fix. Old versions kept sneaking back onto review boards. Every board now shows the latest approved set only.
- One owner per character. Two AI teams editing the same video project overwrote each other’s work, so each character now has one owner.
- Check the voice after every swap. Swapping a photo in HeyGen silently changed one character’s voice to a stock voice.
- Say only what the picture shows. If a line describes smooth skin, the shot under it has to show smooth skin.
