1. Agreement
By using zipai.io, requesting a Blueprint, taking our free courses, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms. If you’re using the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
2. Free content
Our courses, blueprints, calculators, and articles are provided free for your business use. You may use and adapt the ideas in your own business. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute our content as your own.
3. Digital products (including the Operator Kit)
- License. Purchases grant a single-business license: use the files within one company, adapt them freely for that company’s internal use and operations. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the files themselves.
- Delivery. Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase via our checkout provider.
- Refunds. If the Kit isn’t what you expected, email hello@zipai.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g., repeat purchase-refund cycles).
- Updates. Version 1 purchases include any v1.x updates we release. Major new versions may be separate products.
4. No guarantees of results
Our content and products describe systems and approaches that have worked for us and our clients. Business results depend on execution, market, and a hundred things we don’t control. Examples and figures (hours saved, meetings booked, ROI) are illustrations, not promises. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice.
5. Services engagements
Paid service engagements (builds, retainers, media production) are governed by their own statements of work and agreements, which control over these terms where they conflict.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempting to breach security, no using our forms to spam us, no unlawful use of anything you obtain here (including outreach templates — comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable email/messaging laws in your jurisdiction).
7. Intellectual property
The ZIP AI name, logo, site design, content, and products are our intellectual property. Purchasing a license doesn’t transfer ownership.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIP AI’s total liability for any claim related to the site or a digital product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $49 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
