ZIP AI (“we”, “us”) operates zipai.io, an AI automation, marketing, and media services business based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Forms you submit. When you request a Blueprint, contact us, or sign up for anything on this site, we collect what you type: typically your name, email address, company name, company size, and your message. Form submissions are stored in our website system and emailed to us.
- Purchases. If you buy a digital product (such as the Operator Kit), checkout and payment are handled by our payment processor. We receive your name, email, and order details — we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). If we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity), they may set cookies and collect anonymized usage statistics to help us understand how the site is used.
